Heynes Planning Ltd is a town and country planning consultancy based in the south west. We offer services in relation to projects in Cornwall, Devon, Dorset and Somerset and elsewhere throughout the UK.
With offices located near Launceston, which is situated on the banks of the River Tamar, we are able to deal with a wide range of projects providing the very best planning advice. The planning system is becoming increasingly complex and therefore advice is most likely going to be required on most projects irrespective of their nature and complexity.
Our aim is to guide projects through the process and reach a successful conclusion and provide a high quality, friendly and cost effective planning consultancy service.
The company is managed by Ed Heynes, a qualified town planner and member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, who has nearly 25 years' experience of working in the planning profession in both the private and public sectors.
